You can invite unlimited team members at no additional cost. There are no extra charges for custom illustrations, landing pages, GIFs (Graphics plan), or custom video design and animation (Video plan). Everything is included in your flat monthly fee.

Yes! You’ll receive a 10% discount when you add two or more subscriptions to your account. Note: this discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers. When you’re ready, contact us to apply your discount.

• With the Emblematic Graphics or Video plan, your dedicated design team will handle 3 active tasks at a time and allocate approximately 3–3.5 hours per business day to your requests.

• With the Graphics + Video plan, your team will work on 3 graphic and 3 video requests simultaneously, allocating 3–3.5 hours/day per type (total of 6–7 hours/day).

Want more volume or faster results? Add more subscriptions. Each additional subscription means an extra 3–3.5 hours of daily work on that specific service type.

We use a 30-day billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the date you signed up. You will be billed on that same day each month unless you cancel.

Monthly billing helps you manage your budget flexibly without long-term commitments. The 30-day cycle ensures continuity while giving you the freedom to pause or cancel anytime.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for periods of inactivity. Since Emblematic is a month-to-month service, you can cancel at any time to avoid future billing.

Yes! You can pause your subscription for a flat fee of €19/month at the end of your current billing cycle. This helps you:

• Keep your current subscription rate locked in.

• Maintain access to your My Emblematic board and design files.

• Resume with the same design team.

• Pick back up when you have more design needs.
